Each SMA program is a uniquely integrated service and support solution that allows you to choose the level of service and support you need.

SERVICE CHARGE PER CALL

Provide technical service support only when you need it. You will not pay for any service until you use it. Service and support charge inclusive of labor per hour and travelling cost per kilometer basis. All spare parts changed are chargeable. 14 days service & repair warranty.

YEARLY SMA

Technical service and support made easy, designed to provide an enhanced level of support, while reducing your annual service and repair costs. This comprehensive program gives you the very best in service and support for a yearly fee.

Semi Comprehensive SMA
  • 2 times preventive maintenance calls per year for customers in Klang Valley. Other states will be 1 time
  • Unlimited service & breakdown calls. Monday to Friday
  • (9.00am till 5.00pm) except Public Holidays
  • All faulty parts will be replaced and chargeable
Comprehensive SMA
  • 2 times preventive maintenance calls per year for customers
  • in Klang Valley. Other states will be 1 time
  • Unlimited service & breakdown calls. Monday to Friday
  • (9.00am till 5.00pm) except Public Holidays
  • All faulty parts will be replaced at free of charge except wear and tear parts
